The Africa Wealth Report is the definitive guide to Africa’s wealth and luxury sector, published annually by wealth intelligence firm New World Wealth. 

There are currently just over 128,000 millionaires (HNWIs) living in Africa, each with liquid wealth of USD 1 million or more. This includes 375 ultra-wealthy centi-millionaires and 28 billionaires.

Africa’s high-net-worth numbers are projected to rise sharply going forward, with large numbers of HNWIs from Europe and the Middle East expected to move to “lifestyle destinations” such as Marrakech, the Whale Coast and the Cape Winelands.
